Prophylaxis in children's groups and family is the timely treatment of the patient; separate utensils, towel and other items of care.
Treatment primarily gastrointestinal disease, carious teeth, gingivitis, pierrei. Diet with a high content of vitamins of b complex. In resistant cases, the appointment of b-complex vitamins with the prevalence of Riboflavin for 3 to 4 weeks. Topically: cauterization of erosion 10% aqueous solution of silver nitrate through the day. Daily lubrication of 2% aqueous gentian violet or metilvioleta (weaker works brilliant green). Overnight ointment with borax (10%) in a yeast form and sulfanilamide (10%) - in streptococcal form perleches. Rinse with a weak solution of potassium permanganate, 2% solution of borax, hydrogen peroxide.
