EYE DISEASES : PRESBYOPIA (PRESBYOPIA) - etiology, pathogenesis, symptoms and course of, recognition, prediction and prevention
Etiology. Age-related sclerosis of the tissues.
The pathogenesis. A gradual thickening and loss of lens fibers, loses its elasticity, leading to the formation inside of the lens dense core.
Symptoms. The deterioration of near vision while preserving sight. When ametropias refraction appears for the first time after 40 - 45 years.
For. The steady progression of visual disorders (near vision), ranging from 40 to 60 years, then the state remains unchanged.
Recognition is determined by the age of the patient and data on its refraction with the rest of accommodation.
Wearing optical glasses when reading or doing close work.
