Rheumatic (school age), tuberculosis, septic and pneumococcal (infancy) etiology. Relatively rare in children.
Symptoms. Prediction is always serious, the best forecast - rheumatic pericarditis.
At rest, light diet, cold on the region of the heart, heart (camphor, caffeine; when pain and severe shortness of breath - codeine, dionin); with significant effusions - puncture of the pericardium (the fifth or sixth intercostal space laterally from the left liners line, but within the limits of stupidity) with the release of exudates.
